Madlyn Burge

Madlyn (Dionne) Burge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Chief of Staff in the Office of the Chief People Officer at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since February 2021, Madlyn previously held the role of Director, People Business Partner at Refinitiv from January 2019 to February 2021. Prior to that, Madlyn worked at Thomson Reuters in various HR roles, including Senior HR Manager, HR Manager, Talent and Development Associate, and HR Advisor, from June 2013 to January 2019. Early career experiences include an Executive Assistant position at Boston College's Office of Procurement, a Teacher's Assistant, and an internship at Sally Fischer Public Relations. Madlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Philosophy from Boston College and studied at the Instituto Dante Aligheiri in Parma, Italy, in 2012.
