Palaniappan Lakshmanan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in database reliability engineering and management, currently serving as Director at LSEG and AVP at Refinitiv since July 2019. Prior to this, Palaniappan held various managerial roles at Thomson Reuters, leading initiatives to improve and automate processes, transitioning DBA work to teams in India, and overseeing incident and change management. With a solid foundational background from positions at Accenture Services, HCL Technologies, Karur Vysya Bank, and CMS COMPUTERS Ltd, Palaniappan possesses strong expertise in Oracle database administration, performance tuning, and disaster recovery.
