Lisa Drabik

Lisa (Jenio) Drabik is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in municipal HR functions. As the Human Resources Director for Londonderry NH School District since July 2025, Lisa oversees HR operations. Previously, Lisa served as the Human Resources Director for the City of Manchester, NH, from August 2022 to July 2025, where responsibilities included managing HR staff and advising on personnel needs. Lisa's prior experience includes serving as the Assistant Town Manager/HR Director for the Town of Londonderry, managing HR for over 200 employees, and owning drabik legal resources, offering legal research and writing services. Lisa began their career in law, working as an Associate Attorney at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP and Bowles Rice McDavid Graff & Love, focusing on employment law litigation. Lisa holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Social Relations from Michigan State University.
