Kathy-Ann Pearce

Kathy-Ann Pearce has a strong background in legal and company secretarial roles. Kathy-Ann is currently serving as the Head of Legal, Commercial, Procurement & Company Secretary at LondonEnergy, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Legal Manager & Company Secretary at LondonEnergy from September 2021 to March 2022, and as the Legal Manager & Deputy Company Secretary from February 2021 to September 2021.

Before joining LondonEnergy, Kathy-Ann worked as an Assistant Company Secretary at Halma plc from May 2019 to February 2021.
