Shane Bosillo

Shane Bosillo is an experienced server with a career spanning several notable establishments in the hospitality industry. Currently serving at LondonHouse Chicago since June 2019, Shane has also worked at Untitled Supper Club, Big Onion Tavern Group, and Soho House & Co, showcasing a diverse background in restaurant service, including experience in a members-only club environment. Prior positions include roles at Starbucks Coffee Co and The Drunken Fish, along with earlier experience at Sushi Ai and Aldo Shoes as a sales associate. Shane holds a BFA in Acting from Lindenwood University, completed in 2015.
