Anil Hayat

Anil Hayat currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Londonist DMC since October 2023, focusing on developing and executing HR strategies that support global business objectives and overseeing workforce planning and talent management. Prior to this role, Anil spent over seven years at TRT World, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and coaching senior management. Anil began the career with RBS, progressing from Assistant HR Analyst to Human Resources Analyst, where contributions included payroll administration and HR service delivery. Anil holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Bournemouth University and a Diploma in Business & Management from the University of Wales.
