Stephen Brooks

Stephen Brooks has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Stephen has held roles such as Commercial Vice President and Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Lone Cypress Energy Services, where they worked on low-carbon projects including hydrogen production and carbon capture. Stephen also served as the Chief Commercial Officer at American Hydrogen, where they focused on marketing, business development, and financial modeling. Prior to that, Stephen worked as the Director of Engineering at Lone Cypress Energy Services, overseeing the construction of natural gas cryogenic plants and gathering systems. Stephen also served as an Engineering Project Manager at UMC Energy Solutions, gaining expertise in oil and gas production equipment. Stephen started their career as an intern at Explorer Pipeline, gaining experience in reliability engineering, and at LINN Energy, where they worked on reservoir engineering. Stephen also interned at Newgulf Petroleum, where they worked on reservoir analysis and field visits. Stephen's early experience includes working as a Natural Gas Compression Production Hand at A.G. Equipment Company.

Stephen Brooks graduated from Holland Hall College Preparatory School in 2012. Stephen then attended the University of Oklahoma from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Petroleum Engineering. In 2019, they enrolled in The University of Tulsa: Collins College of Business and completed a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Energy in 2021. Additionally, they obtained a Bloomberg Market Concepts Certification from Bloomberg LP in 2021.
