Community Health Manager at Lone Star Circle of Care

Ayla Landry has a diverse work experience spanning different fields and roles. Ayla began their career in 2010 as a Clinic Development Fellow at Lone Star Circle of Care. In 2011, they worked as a Head Nurse at Nicaragua Resource Network. Ayla then returned to Lone Star Circle of Care in 2013 as a Program Design Manager until 2015. In 2014, they also started working as an Adjunct Faculty at Concordia University Texas, a role they held until 2019. In 2017, Ayla co-founded and became the CEO of Porches for Progress, a community development nonprofit. Currently, they are serving as a Community Health Manager at Lone Star Circle of Care, a position they have held since 2018.

Ayla Landry's education history includes a Master of Science in Nursing degree from The Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, which was obtained from 2011 to 2012. During the same time period, they also pursued a Master of Public Health degree with a focus on International Public Health and Maternal Child Health from The Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. Prior to that, they attended Texas Christian University from 2006 to 2010, where they completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree with a minor in Spanish.
