Matt Prather

Matt Prather has a diverse background in IT support and software analysis spanning over 20 years. Matt started their career in 2000 as a Field Engineer at Ping Technology/Entre Computers, where they were responsible for PC hardware and software installations, networking troubleshooting, and cable installations. Matt also worked on installing wireless networks and computer labs in school districts across Texas.

In 2004, Matt joined See-Comm as a Field Engineer, where they provided desktop and networking support to clients, consulted on technology needs, and conducted basic marketing for new products.

Matt then joined Temple-Inland in 2005 as a Desktop Support Specialist, supporting over 200 applications and various Windows platforms for four different lines of business. Matt provided hardware and software support to 1300+ local users and approximately 150 remote locations, collaborating with other support groups to find timely solutions to various problems.

In 2007, Matt joined Teres Solutions as a Software Support Specialist, where they provided advanced level software support to clients. Matt used their technical expertise to analyze and develop solutions for customer needs, resolving issues via telephone, email, and other electronic communications.

In 2010, Matt joined Q2 Software as a Software Analyst, troubleshooting and resolving customer problems of various complexities. Matt assisted clients with real-time data transfer configurations and batched data mapping.

Most recently, Matt served as a Senior Support Analyst at Lone Star Circle of Care since 2011. Matt'sresponsibilities included providing advanced level application software support for the Nextgen Electronic Health Records software. Matt worked closely with other IT Ops teams to identify and resolve software and database configuration issues. Matt also developed new EHR templates, documents, and reports.

Matt Prather attended Texas State Technical College in 1995-1996. However, no specific degree or field of study is known. In addition, there is no information regarding any additional certifications obtained by Matt Prather.
