Jennifer Mott

Jennifer Mott is currently the CFO at Lone Star College System. Jennifer has been with Lone Star College since August of 2008, where they started as an Economics Teacher before eventually becoming the Adjunct. Jennifer has also worked with the City of Houston as the Deputy Director of Finance from September 2007 to December 2016. During their time with the City of Houston, they were honored to work with Mayors White, Parker, and Turner. Jennifer had a progressive and rewarding career, working their way up from Division Manager to Deputy Director. Jennifer was also chosen to be one of four select members of the Houston pension negotiation team. In their current position as CFO, they are responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the college system.

Jennifer Mott has a Master's in Economics from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York College at Oswego. Jennifer also has a certification from the CFA Institute as a Chartered Financial Analyst.
