H.A. Caraway IV

H.A. Caraway IV has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting from 2022, they are currently employed as an IT Specialist - Server at Lone Star Communications, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Technology solutions support specialist at the same company from January 2022 until March 2023.

Before joining Lone Star Communications, Inc., Caraway worked at HCA Healthcare Physician Services Group from June 2018 to January 2022 as a Technical Analyst II. In this role, they managed projects for new and existing offices, responded to and resolved incidents and requests, and provided hands-on support for tier II and tier III inquiries.

From 2013 to 2018, Caraway worked at HCA in various technical analyst roles. H.A. was a Technical Analyst II from June 2017 to June 2018, a Technical Analyst II - Zone Tech from April 2014 to May 2017, and a Computer Administrator - Technical Analyst from March 2013 to April 2014.

Caraway also has experience in the gaming industry, having worked as a Lead Artist/Design at The Appyre Alliance from December 2011 to August 2012. H.A. was involved in a student innovation project where they designed and completed a working prototype for a 2D concept artist tool.

Additionally, Caraway served as a Student Ambassador at the University of Advancing Technology from June 2011 to August 2012, and as a 2D Concept/Texture Artist at Retora Studios from September 2011 to May 2012.

H.A.'searliest work experience is as a Lead Designer - Marketing and Promotions for Student Life at Lone Star College from September 2009 to July 2010.

H.A. Caraway IV has a diverse education history. In 2007, they started studying Game Design and Development with an artist specialization at Lone Star College, earning an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in 2009. From 2011 to 2012, they attended the University of Advancing Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Game Art and Animation. In 2010, they returned to the same university and completed another Bachelor's degree, this time in Art and Animation.

In pursuing their passion for cloud computing, H.A. Caraway IV enrolled at Western Governors University in 2021. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's of Science degree in Cloud Computing at that institution.

To enhance their skills further, H.A. Caraway IV obtained several certifications. H.A. obtained the CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician (GFL) certification from CompTIA in February 2015. In October 2021, they earned the CompTIA IT Operations Specialist - CIOS Stackable Certification. In the same year, they acquired the CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist - CSIS Stackable Certifications in November, followed by the ComptiaTIA A+ certification in October 2021. Continuing their qualifications, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification in November 2021 and the CompTIA Cloud Admin Professional - CCAP Stackable Certification in January 2022. Moreover, in January 2022, they also acquired the CompTIA Cloud+ ce Certification and the CompTIA Secure Cloud Professional - CSCP Stackable Certification from CompTIA.
