Rich Orvis

Rich Orvis has over 30 years of work experience in the engineering field. Rich started their career at Arkansas Sound Corporation in 1987 as a Crew Chief, where they worked for over a decade. In 1998, they joined Lone Star Communications, Inc. as the Director of Engineering for Arkansas and Louisiana. At the same time, they also took on the role of Director of Engineering at ArCom Systems. Rich Orvis's expertise and leadership in engineering have been proven through their various positions and extensive experience in the field.

Rich Orvis obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where they studied from 1993 to 2000. Rich has additional certifications including Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) from NFPA obtained in June 2021, Building High-Performance Teams from LinkedIn obtained in January 2020, Leading and Working in Teams from LinkedIn obtained in January 2019, CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA obtained in 2007, Fire Protection: Fire Alarm Systems - Level IV from NICET obtained in August 2002, and Level II Video Security Systems Designer from NICET obtained in August 2014.
