Faith McManus has held various positions in legal counsel and compliance for different companies including Lone Star Funds, Hudson Advisors L.P., and Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas. Faith has experience drafting and reviewing Securities Exchange Act filings, negotiating commercial contracts, and counseling clients on securities offerings and corporate governance. Faith holds a Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Louisiana Tech University.
