Jeff Kert has a strong background in the financial industry, with a focus on legal and management roles. Jeff started their career as an attorney at Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP in 1998, where they worked until 2003. Following this, they joined Goldman Sachs as a Vice President for a year. In 2004, they moved to Financial Guaranty Insurance Company as a Managing Director and Senior Counsel until 2008 when they joined Hudson Advisors, LLC as a Managing Director and General Counsel. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Senior Managing Director at Lone Star Funds. Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in legal, management, and finance roles within the financial sector.
