Mr. Foulon is the Senior Managing Director, Global Head of CRE Value-Add Strategy of Lone Star, with principal responsibility for setting and ensuring compliance with investment policy and strategy for Lone Star’s value-add commercial real estate strategy.
Mr. Foulon has been active in the real estate industry worldwide for the past 20 years. Prior to joining Lone Star in 2019 and Hudson in 2018, Mr. Foulon acted as Managing Director in the real estate division of PSP Investments, a Canadian Crown Corporation, from 2004 to 2018, where he was directly responsible for acquiring and managing more than $20 billion involving large complex recapitalizations and privatizations in the United States, Europe, Latin America and Australia/New Zealand. Prior to joining PSP Investments, Mr. Foulon was with the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, where he was a real estate portfolio manager for Cadim Inc. Mr. Foulon holds a B.B.A. degree and a M.Sc. degree in economics from HEC Montreal. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
