Rachel Hampton

Rachel Hampton, LMSW, serves as the Chief Program Officer at Lone Star Justice Alliance, where responsibilities include leading the community-based program department and participating in executive leadership initiatives. Previously, Rachel held multiple consulting roles at Texas Health and Human Services, focusing on process improvement and change management for expansive agency operations, and at Goodwill Central Texas, where leadership included the direction of workforce advancement programs impacting over 10,000 clients. Rachel's extensive experience in case management and program development is supported by a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southwestern University. Licensed as a Master Social Worker since 2017, Rachel has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing service access and outcomes for marginalized populations.
