Joe Blier is a seasoned marine professional with extensive experience in marine surveying and operations management. Since September 2016, Joe has served as a Marine Surveyor at Lone Star Maritime. Concurrently, Joe has held the position of Port Captain and Marine Surveyor at HLM Marine, LLC since October 2014. Prior to these roles, Joe worked as Operations Manager at Federal Marine Terminals, Inc. from August 2008 to October 2014. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Maine Maritime Academy, which was completed in 2008.

The main focus of Lone Star Maritime will be to offer Marine Warranty Surveyor services backed by an array of Marine Engineering capabilities on a world wide scale. In addition to Marine Warranty Surveying, Lone Star Maritime offers Marine Consultancy, Project Management, Mechanical/Structural Analysis, and Technical Design using the latest software. No project will be too large for Lone Star Maritime with the ability to design, coordinate, and execute complex and demanding cargo moves. We look forward to working with you on your next project!
