Melissa Black CAM

Melissa Black CAM has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Melissa first worked at Barge Properties as a Property Manager from October 2011 to September 2012. Melissa then joined Nolan Storage/Omni Properties as a Property Manager from June 2004 to October 2011. Following that, they joined Bay Colony Apts/Omni Properties as a Management team member from August 2002 to October 2011. Melissa then worked at Place Properties as an Assistant Manager from January 2013 to October 2013.

In 2013, Melissa Black CAM started working at Lone Star Realty & Property Management. Melissa began as a Property Inspector from October 2013 to April 2014. Melissa then transitioned to the role of a Maintenance Coordinator in April 2014 and continues to hold that position. Additionally, Melissa took on the responsibilities of a Leasing Assistant and Administrative Assistant in May 2017. Most recently, in December 2020, they started working as a Marketing Coordinator.

Melissa Black CAM attended Killeen High School from 1984 to 1988, where they pursued a field of study in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General. However, there is no information indicating that they obtained a degree during this time.
