Boots Crossley

Boots Crossley serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Lone Star Tangible Assets since 2020, having previously held the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer. In this position, Boots manages a team of up to 170 employees across various functions including sales, customer service, and operations while overseeing e-commerce and inside sales revenue streams. Prior experience includes Vice President of Client Operations at NBC Sports, where Boots managed a 300-member team and supported numerous corporate clients, and Senior Vice President of Customer Success & Sales at Distinct Software Solutions. Earlier roles include Vice President of Client & Member Services at Virgin Pulse and a Biokinetics Intern at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa. Boots holds an Honors Degree in Biokinetics and Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, along with studies at the AAA School of Advertising.
