Jeff Royal

Jeff Royal has extensive work experience in the field of lending and collateral risk management. Jeff started their career as a Staff appraiser at Shuler, Osenbaugh & Associates in 1985 and worked there until 1998. In 1998, they joined Lone Star Ag Credit, where they held various roles. Jeff served as the Chief Appraisal Officer for the association, coordinating the appraisal functions and managing collateral risk. In May 2020, they transitioned to the position of Chief Collateral Risk Officer, overseeing the assessment and management of collateral risk within the organization.

Jeff Royal earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Land economics and real estate at the same institution from 1980 to 1985.
