Currently serving as the Chief Executive of LoneStar Group since April 2023, Richard also holds the position of Non Executive Director at AML Sheffield. Prior to these roles, Richard was a Non Executive Director at BrandAlley.co.uk, where the company experienced significant growth, recognized in the Sunday Times’ Fast Track 100. Richard’s previous positions include Managing Director of Global Aftermarket at NSK Global and CEO of AESSEAL INTERNATIONAL, where responsibilities included overseeing group sales of £100 million across a global team. Richard's career began at NSK, where significant contributions as European Industrial Sales Director were made. Richard holds a 2:1 degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
