Wael Esmair

Wael Esmair's work experience includes roles in various industries and positions. Wael started their career as a Fitter Welder at HHM Oil Field Machinery and Automation, LLC, where they worked for six years and was eventually promoted to shop lead. Wael then founded Home Data Inspection Services, where they performed over 1,000 home inspections and focused on elevating industry standards. After that, Wael worked as a Customer Care Representative at Meritage Homes for one year. Wael then became the Creative Director at Nimbus Media, a web design agency, where they offered clients additional services such as photography and copywriting. Currently, they are the Marketing Director at Lonestar Solar Services, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth within the renewable energy sector. Wael is passionate about renewable energy and is excited to contribute to Lonestar Solar Services' success.

Wael Esmair obtained a degree in Business from the University of Houston-Downtown between 2013 and 2015. In 2017, they attended the Champion School of Real Estate and earned a Professional Home Inspector degree with a focus on Building/Home/Construction Inspection/Inspector. They also obtained additional certifications as a Certified Professional Inspector from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) in January 2019 and as a Home Inspector from the Texas Real Estate Commission in July 2017. They further achieved a certification as a Certified Residential Thermographer from Monroe Infrared. Additionally, Wael Esmair is a licensed Professional Home Inspector (#23237) as recognized by the Texas Real Estate Commission since March 2018.
