Thomas O'Rorke

Thomas O'Rorke is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in investment banking and capital markets. Currently serving as an Advisory Partner at LoneTree since January 2022, Thomas focuses on lower middle market growth equity management. In addition, Thomas is the Founder of LHC Capital, a capital markets advisory firm that specializes in innovative debt transactions. Prior to these roles, Thomas held significant positions at Deutsche Bank, including Director of Key Client Partners and Director of Rates Sales, and served as Vice President of Rates Sales & Trading at Merrill Lynch. Earlier career experiences include roles at Hall Capital Partners as an Associate and at Lehman Brothers as an Investment Banking Analyst. Thomas holds an MBA in Finance from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS in Mathematics and Economics from Vanderbilt University.
