Megan Christensen

Megan Christensen is the current Director at the Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of Development at Able ARTS Work from June 2015 to December 2018. In their previous role, they were responsible for developing and executing fundraising and membership development strategies and programs, representing the organization in community events, overseeing all organizational volunteer leadership committees, and managing logistics, budgets, and administrative matters for fundraising events. Christensen was also responsible for analyzing results of events to improve marketing strategies, increase attendance and revenue, creating a fundraising budget for each fiscal year, and developing and overseeing uniform marketing materials for all fundraising events.

Megan Christensen has a MBA in Business from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BA in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
