James Suazo

James Suazo is an experienced professional in community engagement and organizational communications, currently serving as the Executive Director at Long Beach Forward since September 2017. In this role, James provides strategic support and direction for various initiatives and oversees communications strategies. Prior to this, James held several key positions including Arts-x-Press Program Director at Pacific Symphony, Communications Manager for Building Healthy Communities: Long Beach, and Voter Registration Coordinator for the California Vote Project. An alumnus of California State University, Long Beach with a BA in English Education, James possesses a strong background in program management, communications, and voter outreach.
