Miriam Bradman Abrahams is an experienced yoga instructor and freelance writer with a diverse background in teaching and wellness. Currently employed as a yoga instructor at HEALTH ADVOCATES FOR OLDER PEOPLE INC and DOROT, Miriam specializes in yoga for memory maintenance and accessible chair yoga. With a strong foundation in Hatha yoga and certifications from various esteemed institutions, including the Yoga Alliance, Miriam has taught numerous classes and workshops since 2011, focusing on breath work, movement, and meditation. In addition to yoga instruction, Miriam has published essays and articles in notable platforms such as Jewish Book World and the Times of Israel, and has served as a book reviewer for the Jewish Book Council.
