Roger Goulette is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management consulting and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board for Long Beach Symphony since September 2003, Roger has also held positions as a board member, former president, and treasurer. Previously, Roger was the Senior Vice President and A&D Practice Lead at InspiRD, Inc., where responsibilities included brand development and client satisfaction. As the owner of Goulette & Associates, Roger provided general management consulting focused on business strategy and operations. Roger co-founded Waypoint, a management consultancy, and held senior roles at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Ernst & Young, as well as serving as Director for the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee. Roger holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
