Paul Romo

Paul Romo is an experienced education and hospitality professional currently serving as a High School Teacher and Department Head for Career Technical Education at Long Beach Unified School District since August 2017. Prior to this role, Paul worked as the Assistant Operations Manager at Aurora Boutique Hotel on Catalina Island, and as Food and Beverage Director at Canyon Crest Country Club, where responsibilities included overseeing member services and optimizing revenue. Paul has also held managerial positions at Starbucks, American Kiosk Management, and Black Angus Steakhouse, showcasing strong change management and multi-unit management skills. Paul earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Social Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, in 2004.
