Norm Rich

Norman Rich, MMH, serves as the General Manager of Long Beach Yacht Club since February 2021 and has been the Owner & Principal of NCR Consulting since 2010, where services include operational consulting for various sectors such as hospitality and entertainment. Previously, Norman was the Director on the Board of Directors for Platinum Clubs of America from 2014 to 2020, focusing on the selection of elite private clubs. As General Manager of Multnomah Athletic Club from 2007 to 2019, Norman oversaw operations for a major private athletic and social club. Prior roles also include COO/General Manager of Jonathan Club from 2001 to 2007 and various senior vice president positions at Universal Studios Hollywood managing extensive food and beverage operations. Norman holds a Master of Management in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Cincinnati.
