Lawrence Trifiletti is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in managing large teams and projects across various sectors. Since March 2012, Trifiletti has served as Operations Manager at LONG Building Technologies, overseeing a team of over 100 personnel and managing over 200 active HVAC projects valued between $5,000 and $2 million, while controlling a regional P&L exceeding $30 million. Prior experience includes serving as Director of National Technical Support at Acentia, where Trifiletti developed operations and sales for a $5 million IT outsourcing practice, and as Regional Operations Manager at Dimension Data, responsible for managing an engineering staff and services exceeding $11 million. Beginning a career as Director of Service at ACS, Trifiletti managed operations teams totaling 65 individuals. Lawrence Trifiletti holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Maryland.
