Amy Pepperdine

Amy Pepperdine is an experienced Product Development Technologist currently employed at Long Clawson Dairy since May 2017, with prior roles at Food Utopia and Blueberry Foods, where responsibilities included conducting bakery trials and formulating product concepts for major clients. Beginning in the industry as a Trainee Development Chef at Blueberry Foods, Amy gained expertise in feasibility meetings and assisting process teams, followed by a position at Dairy Crest focusing on milk innovation and sensory analysis. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food and Nutrition from Sheffield Hallam University, obtained in 2012.
