Vijay Betanabhatla

Vijay Betanabhatla, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Power at SLB, overseeing the deployment of innovative energy technologies within the power sector. In addition, Vijay holds a position as a Board Director for the Long Duration Energy Storage Council, where responsibilities include strategy development and industry collaboration to enhance long-duration energy storage technologies. Previous experiences include serving as an Energy Transition Fellow at the University of Texas at Austin, leading projects at AutoGrid and Guidehouse focusing on smart grid implementation, and providing consulting services at Baker Tilly. Vijay's foundational career began with roles at the Electric Reliability Council of Texas and other organizations, backed by advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration from reputable institutions.
