Anthony Dipalma

Anthony DiPalma is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in fitness coaching and design. Since April 2011, Anthony has served as a fitness coach, motivator, and speaker at Exercise and Your Health, where skills in client engagement and motivation are utilized. Simultaneously, Anthony has worked as a CAD designer at Long Fence since May 2005, blending creative design with technical expertise. Prior to these roles, a diverse career spanned from 1981 to 1998, encompassing positions such as carpenter, furniture maker, sailing instructor and coach at the US Naval Academy, and boat builder. Anthony attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 1981 to 1983.
