Karen Ryan

Karen Ryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and human resources. Since September 2019, Karen has served as a Multi-Million Dollar Realtor® at Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., focusing on exceeding client expectations in buying and selling homes. Concurrently, Karen has been a Senior Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Consultant since February 2010, managing full life cycle recruiting and various HR functions for a diverse range of clients, particularly in the National Security and Intelligence sectors. Previous positions include Talent Acquisition Manager at Riverside Research, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Manager at The Rehancement Group, and Recruiting and Human Resources Director at Syntelligent, among others. Karen holds a B.S. in Communications from Old Dominion University.
