John DePaola

John DePaola has extensive work experience in the home improvement industry. John started their career at Long Fence in 1987 as the Vice President of Business Development, where they played a key role in the company's growth and success. In 1994, they became the Chairman & CEO of Long Fence and Home, LLLP, a position they held for several years. In 2014, they returned to Long Fence and Home LLLP as the Chairman and CEO. Throughout their career, John DePaola has demonstrated leadership and expertise in the industry.

John DePaola earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Science from Loyola University Maryland, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the University of Baltimore, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 1984 to 1988.
