Debra Palmer possesses a diverse educational and professional background with extensive experience in teaching and educational administration. Currently serving as a Teacher at Huntington Learning Center and Lindenhurst High School since September 2021, Debra also teaches at Tutor Time Childcare and has previously held leadership positions, including Director of Education at Prime Time Early Learning Centers and Center Director at Sylvan Learning Centers. Additional roles include Licensed Realtor at Long Island Board of Realtors and Senior Account Manager at both The International Women's Leadership Association and Marquis Publications. Debra earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from Long Island University, specializing in elementary special education.

The Long Island Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (also known as LIBOR) is a 26,000 member not-for- profit trade association that serves real estate professionals throughout Nassau, Suffolk and Queens counties. LIBOR is the fourth largest local REALTOR® Board in the United States. REALTOR® members subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Not every real estate licensee can be called a REALTOR®. LIBOR members may elect to participate in the MLS, and are members of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and the New York State Association of REALTOR®.
