The CDPAS Team at the Long Island Center for Independent Living manages Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services (CDPAS), which empower individuals with disabilities to take an active role in their home care. The team coordinates payroll, billing, staffing, authorizations, and quality assurance to ensure that consumers receive personalized and self-directed care in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
