Caroline Quast

Caroline Quast is a dedicated professional with experience in the medical and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Medical Assistant at Island Cardiovascular Associates, P.C. since May 2025, Caroline focuses on patient care tasks such as rooming patients, recording vitals, performing EKGs, and managing medical data within the EPIC system. Prior experience includes roles as a Medical Scribe at RWJBarnabas Health Medical Group, and various positions in sales and customer service at Long Island Ducks Baseball, Stanley's Bakery Limited, and Americano Pie Bar. Caroline is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Seton Hall University, complementing strong hands-on medical experience with a solid educational background from East Islip High School.
