Frank Dowd III

Frank Dowd III possesses extensive experience in customer service and media. Since November 2013, Frank has served as an Appliance Specialist and Customer Service representative at The Home Depot, where Frank was recognized as a 2014 Customer Service All Star. Additionally, Frank has been an usher for the Long Island Ducks Baseball team since 2007, providing excellent service to patrons. Frank's background in journalism includes a role as a freelance writer for Times Beacon Record Newspapers from 2008 to 2013, where nominations for "Rookie of the Year" and "Sports Reporter of the Year" were earned while covering high school sports. Earlier career experience includes producing and interning at WALK Radio from 1999 to 2002. Frank holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the New York Institute of Technology and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in the same field from Suffolk County Community College.
