Maria Gomes

Maria Gomes is currently working as a Procurement Director at Long Island Power Authority since June 2016. Prior to that, Maria held the position of Procurement Coordinator at the Town of North Hempstead from February 2008 to June 2016. Maria also has experience as a Manager of Network Operations at The New York Mercantile Exchange from March 1998 to March 2004. Before that, Maria worked at Banco do Brasil as a Project Manager and IT Project Manager from November 1985 to November 1997. Maria holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science & Economics from Queens College.
