Justin Grant

Justin Grant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as the Deputy Global Head of Advancing Black Pathways and DEI Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Justin also holds the position of Executive Director for Community Development and National Partnerships, showcasing strong leadership in DEI efforts. Additional roles include membership on the Board of Trustees and serving as an Adjunct Professor in Journalism at Long Island University. Previous experience includes key positions at Goldman Sachs, OppenheimerFunds, Fidelity Investments, UBM Tech, ABC News, and Thomson Reuters, demonstrating a robust background in digital content creation and reporting.
