Charles Pham

Charles Pham is an experienced industrial projects professional with a robust background in project management, financial oversight, and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Industrial Group Manager at Long Painting Company, Charles oversees a full-time staff and is responsible for the sales and profit goals of the Industrial Division. Additional roles include being a member of the Executive Committee, where corporate financials are reviewed for improvement, and a member of the 401k Board of Trustees, evaluating plan performance and proposing policy changes. Charles has a history of managing construction contracts up to $5M and has held previous positions, including Project Manager and Estimator at Techno Coatings Inc., and various roles at Peter Kiewit Sons' Corporation.
