Growing up in Tucson, she is a true Arizona native with a strong background in teaching and small business ownership. She launched her career in Marketing directly out of college after graduating from NAU with a BA degree in advertising. Recognizing a passion for teaching, She subsequently went on to receive her master's in secondary education and taught Language Arts at the high school level. As a former English teacher, she strive for improvement, development, and refinement, whether it's personal or professional. She have her sights set on raising the bar in real estate on a structural level. To that end, she serve on several boards with the AAR (Arizona Association of REALTORS®), create and teach continuing education classes around the state, and proactively research methods for improving her own process wherever possible. She have served on the AAR Professional Standards Grievance Panal for 5 years and currently am the AAR Chairman for Grievance leading a team of 10, hearing 125 cases a year on arbitration and ethic violations. She also serve as a Director on the Phoenix Association of REALTORS® which aids in implementation from the local level to the state level with information. As the owner and designated broker for her company, she take her responsibility to guide her agents and clients very seriously. With the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification) designations, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate process.
