Colin Cummings has a diverse work experience in the executive search and recruiting industry. Colin started their career at Thompson Hennessey & Partners as an Associate from 2016 to 2017. Later, they joined Long Ridge Partners in 2018 as an Associate, where they worked with a focus on the alternative investment industry. Colin quickly progressed to the position of Vice President in 2021, demonstrating their strong skills and expertise in this field. Their work involved catering to the specialized staffing needs of hedge funds, private equity firms, funds of funds, proprietary trading desks, family offices, pension funds, and foundations. Colin's core areas of expertise include Long/Short Equity, Global Macro, Multi-Strategy, Event Driven, Quantitative, Credit, and Distressed investment strategies. Colin ended their tenure at Long Ridge Partners in June 2022.
