Michael McMillan

Michael McMillan has extensive experience in portfolio operations and strategic programs, currently serving as the Vice President of Portfolio Operations at Long Ridge Equity Partners. Previous roles include Vice President of Strategic Programs and Vice President of Product Management at Resilinc, as well as Director of Strategic Programs in the same organization. Additionally, Michael has focused on value creation at Growth Street Partners and Vista Equity Partners, along with a foundational role in strategy, transformation, and M&A at Bain & Company.
