Long Term Care Ombudsman
April Held is a Certified Ombudsman Specialist at the Long Term Care Ombudsman since January 2020, advocating for the rights of residents in long-term care facilities. Previously, April served as Chairman of the Summit County National Day of Prayer task force and founded Revelation Coaching LLC, where Christian life coaching focused on personal destiny and spiritual identity. Additional experience includes roles as Client Care Coordinator at Comfort Keepers, Owner Artist at Blue Egg Stained Glass and Art, Director of Women's Ministries at Crosspointe Community Church, Career Counselor Intern at The Office of Career Services, and Financial Management Program Intern at GE. April holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The College of New Jersey.
