Stephanie Schuler

Stephanie Schuler is an experienced professional in the healthcare and senior living sectors, currently serving as the Finance & Operations Manager and Ombudsman at Long Term Care Ombudsman since September 2021. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Assisted Living Director at Sprenger Health Care Systems for a brief period in 2021 and served as Director of Community Services and Director of Assisted Living at Golden West Communities from 2015 to 2020. Additionally, Stephanie was a Larry Minnix Leadership Academy Fellow with LeadingAge from 2017 to 2018. Earlier in her career, Stephanie gained valuable experience as a Care Coordinator at FirstLight Home Care, Memory Care Director at Copperfield Hill Senior Living, and Administrator in Training at Lutheran Home & Harwood Place. Stephanie began her career in healthcare as a Home Health Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant with Lifespark from 2007 to 2011.
