Toni King, BSN-RN, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Care Transitions Coordinator at Amedisys since March 2024. Toni has held various nursing roles, including RN Field Assessor at Long Term Solutions since February 2016, and has previously served as Director of Clinical Operations at AccentCare Hospice & Palliative Care from September 2021 to March 2024, and as Director of Admissions at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care for a brief period in 2021. Toni began a career in healthcare as a Case Manager at Networks Supported Living Services from October 2012 to November 2013. Toni earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Sacred Heart University from 2007 to 2011.
