Noreen Guanci has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Noreen started their career in 1995 as the Director of Program Development, Home Care at Mariner Health Care, where they worked until 1999. In 1999, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Long Term Solutions, a position they currently hold. In 2012, Guanci also served as a Board Member at Goddard House.
Noreen Guanci completed their education in a chronological order. Noreen pursued their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Salem State University between 1974 and 1978. Following this, they went on to attend the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business.
