Balwinder Ahluwalia has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in various industries. Balwinder began their career as a Network Administrator at Embanet ULC, where they configured and administered network infrastructure and telecommunication systems. Balwinder later became the Director of IT, overseeing IT operations within the company.

Following this, Ahluwalia worked as an IT Consultant at The Princeton Review, where they were responsible for the conversion of two business lines and managed a team of personnel. Balwinder then moved on to the National Labour College, where they continued to work as an IT Consultant.

Ahluwalia later joined the Royal Victoria Hospital as a Senior IT Consultant, where they delivered project management and technical consulting for various IT services. Balwinder also managed a significant budget for deploying new technology in the hospital redevelopment project.

Balwinder then worked as a Senior Project Manager at PRHC, where they were accountable for managing IT projects and providing system support for corporate services and users.

Ahluwalia also held the position of Senior Technical Consultant at Escoffier Online, Manager of Infrastructure Operations and E-Learning at Ontario Real Estate Association, and CEO at Alive Networks Inc. At Alive Networks, they specialized in hosting, LMS customizations, project management, and support for online learning environments.

Currently, Ahluwalia is employed at Long View Systems as a Program Manager and PMO Team Lead.

Balwinder Ahluwalia earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Jones International University from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, Ahluwalia studied Computers at Seneca Polytechnic from 1996 to 1999. In 2014, Ahluwalia pursued further education in Project Management at PMI Institute.
